Distal Medial Humerus Locked Plate is used for intra articular fractures, supracondylar fractures, non union of distal humerus, osteotomies of the distal humerus . Medial plate is placed on the medial ridge slightly dorsal to the intramuscular septum and fractures are approached through a slightly curved posterior incision.
