Olecranon Locked Plate can be given in fracture or osteotomies of the olecranon, non-union of the olecranon. To insert a plate, make an incision running posteriorly from the supracondylar area to a point 4-5 cm distal to the fracture the incision may curve slightly to the radial side to protect the ulnar nerve.
