Proximal Humerus locked plate is indicated for fractures, dislocations, Osteotomies and non union of proximal part of humerus. For fixing the plate, one incision made 1cm distal to the rotator cuff attachment on the superior as aspect of greater tuberosity and Longitudinal Incision from Aterolateral aspect from tip of acromion.
